Please be aware that we use cookie/s in view of us studying the market and monitoring our range of products, therefore in registering on this website you will subject to the use of this analysis method.


Should you need to return any goods to us, you must notify us by e-mail of your intention to return the goods within 7 working days, starting the day after delivery. After notification we will issue you a returns authorisation number that you must quote on the paperwork when returning goods. Good must be returned 'AS SOLD' with their original packaging complete 'As NEW'. Goods must be complete, unused, and in an 'AS NEW' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the goods it must have been done so without damaging the box and the packaging or damaging the goods in any way) and must be re-packaged as received. Goods must be returned to our returns department within 7 days of obtaining a returns authorisation number. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items. Any 'FREE GIFTS' with products must also be returned. You must organise the return of items at your own expense and risk. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization and return authorisation number. The returns authorisation is valid for 7 days only. Goods sent back without prior returns authorisation will be returned back to you and the cost of the delivery charged to you.

Returned Goods Ordered In Error

“All returned goods that are ordered in error, are subject to a 25% handling charge, and must be returned to us in good condition, and the purchaser is entirely responsible to organise and fully pay for the return transport or carrier costs involved”.

Refunding of any products will incur a handling charge of 15% of the invoice value. Returns of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by our returns department to check for completeness and correct product return.


We use both Royal Mail and UPS for the majority of our consignments. We reserve the option to ship via an alternative method.

Orders placed before 12 noon (Monday to Friday) will usually be shipped the same day, subject to stock availability. Any orders placed after this time will with next day service may not be sent until the next working day.

Delivery Charges (UK Mainland only)

Items under 1.5kgms will be charged at £4.95,  items 1.6 to 30kgms will be charged at £6.50,  

Free Delivery on orders over the value of £50 +

 48-72 hour delivery to these postcode areas will be charged at £29.95 for items up to 10kgms.

Note orders to the offshore UK and some parts of Northern Scotland or remote areas will not have next day service available, please check with our sales department if you are unsure.
